hey guys! just something to share with you guys here...

No time
I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.
All day long I had no time
To spread a word of cheer.
No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need
But at last the time, the time to die.
I went before the Lord, I came, I stood with downcast eyes.
For in his hands God held a book; It was the book of life.
God looked into his book and said
Your name I cannot find.
I once was going to write it down...
But never found the time.

so let's all make an effort so spend some time with God everyday :)
its not going to be easy but i'm sure we'll all be able to do it. (perhaps by not using facebook for 15minutes?) love comes with sacrifice.





Hello people! Easter retreat packing list is here!

1. Bible & writing materials
2. Toothbrush and toothpaste
3. Soap, shampoo... (bathing toiletries)
4. Comb
5. Sleeping bag
6. Sweater/Jacket
7. 2 sets of clothing
8. A white t-shirt that you're willing to dirty (VERY IMPORTANT!)
9. Slippers (Take note, this was not on the list you were given)
10.Bathing towel
11. Medication (if any)
12. $5 Camp fee and consent form (if you haven't handed it in)
13. Friends! (if possible)
14. Heart, mind & soul for God
15. HUGE smile =D

Prinsep Lighthouse (PLH) is the youth ministry of Prinsep Street Presbyterian Church. It’s meant for all youths aged 13-18 years old to come together every Sunday for a fellowship as well as to worship God and learn more about Him.PLH is on every Sunday from 11am to 12.45pm. On usual Sundays, we have worship time from 11-11.30am. During worship, we sing songs of praise to God.

After which the youths will break up into their respective groups to do a Bible Study for the rest of the time there. These Bible Studies are led by Mentors, who are really nice and fun people and are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. While doing Bible Studies, we share about our life too! Our joy, our pride, our problems, our challenges..and through this, we make loads of great friends!!
